The attempt to reactivate the well near the gas station failed. The well collapsed while the well contractor tried to pull the old water pipe out. The second well in the rear of the property, previously used for irrigation, was still in good condition, however 240 ft. of new pipe were needed. A jet pump, which can supply Lobo with 20 gallons of water per minute at 60 PSI, was connected to the end of the pipe at a depth of 240 ft. The following day, Honorary Citizen, Terry Williams finished the clean up of the bathhouse (6 showers, 8 toilets, 2 sinks). She was also able to clear out all the sewer lines, so that everyone could take a hot shower at the end of the working day.

Clay is dug out of septic system:

	Our neighbor, Rolan, came over the next day with a backhoe and helped dig out the clay, which had been accumulating for over ten years.
